Shipping & Returns
We will ship all available items within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving verification of your payment. Our system emails you a an order receipt upon completion of your order.
Out of stock items ship when they become available (within approx. 7 business days). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Lux-Extensions uses the United States Postal Service for all shipping at this time. At this time we charge a flat shipping rate of $5 dollars on domestic order .The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order at check out. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time.
If you need your order faster than the usual USPS delivery time, we will be glad to express or over night your order, however please contact us before placing your order, this will enable us make arrangement to do so. Thanks.
USPS Delivery Confirmation is necessary with every order.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. However, we only accept Pay pal and bank wire transfers. To place a bank transfer order with us, please call or email us. We do not accept credit card payments through our website or over the phone for international orders, this is due to concerns of fraud.
Lux-Extensions is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfy with our product please contact us immediately, this will enable us help you settle the problem.
We therefore ask our clients to please inspect your hair or any product purchase from us upon delivery and If any problem should exist please contact us before returning the product with in the first seven (7) days of receipt. If not, we will assume that the problem is not with the product. Below is our return and exchange policies.
Returns & Exchange
- We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied
- Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
- Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend that your purchase insurance and signature upon delivery to make sure we safely receive your order.
For health and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair while it is still tied in the bundle to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show the product to your stylist if you are unsure. Please do not temper with the hair in anyway, espceially if you have doubts and will like to return it, that means no combing, washing or chemically altering the hair.
